WHAT WERE YOU WEARING IN THE 60's?
What were you wearing in the Sixties?
Production has started on the 1960s musical, 'A Slice of Saturday Night' presented by Debut Theatre Company to raise money for the Thwaites Empire Theatre. The group are appealing to theatre patrons and volunteers to email or to bring in any photographs of yourself in the early1960s which show the fashions of the day.
If you wore Mary Quant style mini-skirts, winklepickers, knitted ties, hipster trousers and thought you were hip -we want to hear from you with your photos.
If you are far too young to remember the days then send us photos of your parents or grandparents!
We will scan them (and give you them back) so that we can use them for an online scrapbook as part of our promotion for A Slice of Saturday Night.
We will also use them on the digital screen display in the foyer bar.
